Romantic Comedy Themes : Shut Up Kiss

This is not about "shut up and kiss me" cry but rather about using a kiss to end an argument. shut up kiss can create much more drama and tension than the first and notably it was used for the first time in theater by none other than Billy Shakespeare in " much ado about nothing ". So no one has to worry about  copyright claims

Picture this, both leads are in a heated exchange of words ,reached its peak ,words start to loose its flair and both doesn't have a closing argument. Then preferably a slap,a rabbit in front of the headlights look , followed by a passionate kiss,in that order, out of context kiss followed by slap is necessarily an offense.Remember it was those never ending arguments  made even the coolest jack sparrow sick, making him say "Once was quite enough!"
Any way, the general concept being that they wouldn't argue so much if they didn't give a damn about each other. This usually make way to an interesting/slightly kinky "oh they are in so much love" kind of making out session  or even turn into in a little bit of domestic abuse. If you ask what happens to the argument - who cares
In 10 Things I Hate About You, there are two such kisses. Cameron receives one from Bianca after the beer party, and Kat one at the very end from Patrick , Strangely the director claimed it to be a rip off of taming the shrew , another one by billy.
The Dark Knight - Rachel is worried about Hervey's safety before they are kidnapped,Harvey kisses her mid-speech ends the argument, you know what happened then
Mr. and Mrs. Smith, takes it to a whole other level by following it with domestic abuse , bombs, corporate crimes, war on terror etc
Iron Man,Robert Downey does it to Pepper Potts, but we can never tell whether he was just showing off
Harrison Ford has made a fortune with this theme in  Star Wars and the Indiana Jones . I bet nobody considered them as romcoms.
